About "descriptions, obs = env.reset()"

Whenever I run env.reset(), the kernel crashes and V-REP shuts down automatically

Note that I reinstalled the environment several times and made sure that the examples on PyRep and RLBench worked.
It's really bothering me. Can you give me some advice?

solved this problem by using the right version of following package

pip install numpy==1.26.4
pip install transforms3d==0.4.1
pip install openai==0.28
