The file examples/ray_multi_instance.py primarily illustrates how to use ray. Tutorial on usage of ray is best left to the ray repository.
The file examples/ray_multi_instance.py does not train any RL models. It simply plays a provided model or uses a random model, which is similar examples/single_agent.py.
Therefore, examples/ray_multi_instance.py file is removed.

Closes #1181


          Remove ray usage example.
