Run this app by:

1. cd into this directory
2. run make
3. Open NBR_ROUTER + 1 terminals to this directory
4. run your NSE on one terminal
5. run java router <router_id> <nse_host> <nse_port> <router_port> on each other terminal

This program was tested on my home computer as well as the linux box computers namely: ubuntu1204-006 and ubuntu1204-002
