Deberta V3 not supported

Hi, on inference endpoint in huggingface the TGI for classifiers is working but here it doesn't, Deberta v3 classifier is not supported?

load deberta v3 model from huggingface

Expected behavior

it should load and when I send a text it sends prediction score

Bummer. The new v1.3.0 still doesn't support Deberta.
