Reproduction

run TEI with API_KEY environment variable set, and doing a GET /health returns 401 status code

Expected behavior

200 status code when polling /health endpoint, with the API_KEY environment variable set

@Jason-CKY it may be related to #353 and #360. you can call the /health endpoint without an authorization header with api key from the latest tag for now.

i see, the last release was back in july, so the fix hasn't been released yet. thanks for pointing me to this issue, will be closing
