When running a test file like this one autodetect fails to detect mocha.

I think this is because autodetect doesn't load the imported test files to continue trying to detect the test runner? Maybe it should?

fix: hard code mocha runner for pw-test

Autodetecting test runners is broken in playwright test. We only
use mocha so just pass it in as an option.
