Mobile UI: create/edit event #392

The mobile UI for creating an event is not optimal:

Date and time should be shown next to each other (saves space), not in a new line.
The timezone should be shown next to the times, not under the location.
The "all day" option should also be near to (maybe even above?) dates and times, not under the location.
