Update to Kodi Nexus and python 3.10

Note

  1. An updated protobuf package is a prerequisite!
    Until the latest package is available at Kodi, you can get the package from here.
  2. This plugin does not work for Kodi running on Raspberry Pi. There is an outstanding Kodi fix for that.
