Need to manually start if importing backup

Steps to reproduce

After importing my backup (from version aplha.9), Hyperion won't restart automatically. If i go into SSH and type service hyperion@root start, it starts up and is working fine.

I had to put it in a ZIP because the filetype isn't supported by GitHub.

I have the same happening. Backup from 14 beta reimport into 14 beta.
