SchemaChecker & V4L2 enhancement

Summary

• The SchemaChecker now outputs the correct default values in the log
• The V4L2 Grabber accepts width, height and fps so that the decimation of the source image happens in the hardware (if available)
• TurboJpeg has been added as a faster alternative to decode MJPEG frames in the V4L2 grabber
