- Added methods to set various EtcdRaft options including ElectionInterval, HeartbeatTick, TickInterval, SnapshotIntervalSize, and MaxInflightBlocks in the updateOrdererChannelConfigTx function. - Improved error handling for each configuration setting to ensure robust updates.
