i recently moved to nextcloud due i hate the owncloud conduct (ovbiously an enteerprise are behing.. so.. )

no much luck, behing nextcloud also there's a other conduct of "own purposes".. but at lease some improvements got in.. like some apps are officially suported.. and in oc there's not

so then seems api are quite similar, and no mayor changes could be made to work in.. so if i can (i'm not developer) i'll integrate this into nextcloud 10 only (not, not wil work for 11 due i used older softwre like debian squeeze okey)

if any interes here, fell free of a pull request...

dirtyfix stuff for newer owncloud/nextcloud, prepare for improvements

* workaround detection of the OC versions to do not break support for my OC installations
* property set L10n depending of the OC version detected so OC 9+ can maybe work
* for now this commit supresed the errors in newer versions
* closes #378 by modified proposed code with detection version
* pending the proposed code in #379 maybe this solved the #379 need test now

lasted 1ca97b4 code proposals do some updates to property work in nextcloud and update to work with some owncloud newer versions.. lest see if pass test in jenkis and then go up with the remaining code changes need

* fix the workaround detection of the OC versions to do not break support for my OC installations
* fix missing semi colon in property set L10n depending of the OC version detected so OC 9+ can maybe work
* for now this commit supresed the errors in newer versions
* closes #378 by modified proposed code with detection version
* not working with nextcloud, proposal in issue #379
* jenkis test still not working due some ajust need for generateKeyPair(string,string) for 4 tests that fail
* tested in production on OC 7 and OC 8, not tested in OC << 7 or OC >> 8.1

only the OC 6 to OC 9 are compatible like with NC 10, since NC 11 all the things are very incompatbles

if any can help here please do some comments
