Update to latest frontend-shared with SelectNext UI enhancements

Update the frontend-shared library to bring the latest SelectNext UI improvements:

• Display focus ring in select options only when focus is visible frontend-shared#1604
• Add darker background to selected options in SelectNext frontend-shared#1605
