hypre-2.22.1 installs these libraries:

	/usr/local/lib/libHYPRE.so
	/usr/local/lib/libHYPRE.so.2
	/usr/local/lib/libHYPRE.so.2.22

but the SONAME doesn't match the file name.

As a result some tools are confused. At least the FreeBSD ports framework doesn't report a missing dependency.

Binaries depending on libHYPRE.so might also be broken.

OS: FreeBSD 13
