Closes #6645. Motors beep in RX_LOSS and RX_SET beeper modes.

If the craft never gets a GPS lock on arming, The Dshot beeper will work every time the craft is disarmed and the beeper switch is activated.
But if it gets a GPS lock and is armed. Then Dshot beeper will not work again after disarming, until the FC power is cycled.
I tested this on a quad and a fixed wing. The results were the same.
