Both FrSky and Jeti can use 24 channels. INAV doesn't handle the additional channels gracefully, certainly from Jeti. This PR increases the channel count to 24. But, does not apply to F411 or F722.
Changing SBUS to 24 channels will need more work.

Increase channels to 24 for Jeti
Not for f411 or f722
This change has been used by @egilrove since May with no issues. I built versions of 6.1.0 and 6.1.1 with this commit. The 24 channels work as expected.
