seems to do the job:
on pull_request action: https://github.com/iScsc/blog.iscsc.fr/actions/runs/8382210563 didn't triggered deploy nor notify
manually triggered action: https://github.com/iScsc/blog.iscsc.fr/actions/runs/8382228906 triggered deploy and not notify (tks to f145d9c)
