errors since atk4/ui 1.4

Hi Alain,

Since atk4/ui 1.4 the EventPanel is not working anymore. Editing or saving a crud item results in Error in ajaxec response. Instead of loading the edit item, the code is shown in the modal window, see image.

Besides that (and possibly related) a warning is thrown:
Warning: Declaration of atkwp\AtkWpApp::url($page = Array, $hasRequestUri = false) should be compatible with atk4\ui\App::url($page = Array, $needRequestUri = false, $extra_args = Array) in wp-content/plugins/atk-wordpress-sample/vendor/ibelar/atk-wordpress/src/AtkWpApp.php on line 26

Just release atk-wordpress v1.2.0 that fix compatibility issue with Atk\UI v1.4.
