The docs for code engine do a great job of explaining how one might go about finding the permissions for their user.

I've a customer asking how to see a contrary view, which is: for a give project or application (though can apply to any IBM Cloud resource i imagine) how can one report on the users that have access, either explicitly or implicit access through AG membership.
Is it possible to add this to the docs?
