Can you add the MAXINSTC metric for SVRCONN channels?

MAXINST/MAXINSTC are not available in the CHLSTATUS response. They are only in the static channel configuration attributes. I'll consider adding reporting on some channel attributes in future, but it's not something I want to make a habit of.

Instead, take a look at https://marketaylor.synology.me/?p=532 for an alternative approach to extracting configuration information. Getting object details from a copy of the configuration is more appropriate - a queryable store can be exploited for more than just numeric values.. Using Prometheus (which can only handle numbers) is not suitable for general configuration info.

- mqmetric - Add MaxInst/MaxInst for SVRCONN channels (ibm-messaging/mq-metric-samples#21)
