Preserve Interim Contract Platform Port

Just saving the point in time where we are going to start refactoring this repository for an eventual port to v1. The interim work is in a subfolder and we're going to remove that and port the work into the main folders. Further, applications need porting to v1, and sample Composer Networks and Applications need to be added into their own folder. This release is a convenience only.
