This updates miredot-plugin and configures it for jakarta.
The
@summarytags are changed to@titlebecause{@summary ...}is now a javadoc tag with a different purpose to the miredot@summarytag.@titledoes the same thing.I've only got this to work by putting all the jakarta APIs on the runtime classpath, which isn't ideal.Fixes #310.
