fs/promises只在 node 14+ 支持ref:
一些依赖版本修改说明：
由于 pnpm 发布 7.0.0 版本，导致在执行 build 的时候报错。
@ice/*的包是从 workspace 中依赖的。Ref: https://pnpm.io/zh/workspaces#workspace-%E5%8D%8F%E8%AE%AE-workspace@types/*的包，避免执行 build 的时候报错
