Pull Request Description
This commit enables reading the PACKAGE_ENERGY and DRAM_ENERGY events from the RAPL component for the Sapphire Rapids (Model 143) processor. This is accomplished by adding several lines of code to the case statement used to choose from processor families in the linux-rapl.c file. Unit conversions and supported RAPL domains are based on the Intel Software Developers Manual and verbal verification with the Intel EMON team. Energy values have been validated against emon and socwatch output.
