PeriodicBCAction Issue Detecting Paired Boundary

Hello,
I am attempting to utilize a RVE mesh generated by DRAGen (https://github.com/ibf-RWTH/DRAGen), and it seems by all accounts to be a simple rectilinear cube mesh. The surfaces are flat and the voxel spacing is uniform in all three principal directions. I've included both the sample input and exodus file below. The full output is also included (Sample_Mesh_Test_Out.txt).
Based on the info provided by AllSideSetsByNormalGenerator, the sidesets are certainly there. Why could the PeriodicBC be failing to detect them?

I checked the mesh and it looks fine. I wonder if it is because there are no sidesets on all ends.
Could you please try to use this mesh generator to add these sidesets

you ll need to use your file mesh generator as the input to this other mesh generator
