The released XTTS model itself already supports Hindi, it was just missing in these components. Tested locally that sentence splitting now works for Hindi punctuation.

Fixes coqui-ai#3387, fixes coqui-ai#3655.

How can we apply it to Arabic and Persian? @KarlHajal @eginhard

@cod3r0k Better open a new issue/discussion than commenting on old PRs. Arabic is one of the supported languages in XTTS, so everything should just work, but let us know if there are any issues. XTTS doesn't support Persian, but see e.g. coqui-ai#3992 to fine-tune on a new language.
