Add smack-android (containing all the bits and bolts necessary to run on Android)

Maybe this is a better course of action...instead of maintaining a separate build environment just to build asmack (An Android compatible version of Smack) just build it as smack-android together with all the other subprojects.

Please review and comment. I'll make sure to swing by #smack some time soon to discuss how to proceed with this.

First impression is that I like the asmack approach more, because when aSmack becomes part of Smack's repository I don't want to take any patching place. And before this can be realized, Smack needs to be redesigned in a few places so that the components that don't work on Android can be replaced by the ones that work on a language level.

So I'm closing this pull request and hope to talk to you soon in #smack. :)
