This is the first release tag of ihmc_msgs for the new ROS API, which goes through ROS 2's ROS 1 Bridge. Our old ROS 1 API used a custom translation layer from ROS 1 to a custom messaging stack. Our new messaging stack is built on DDS (Specifically, Fast-RTPS) and has ROS 2 support natively.
