Reopen and fix SublimeLinter/SublimeLinter-eslint#58, likely via changes to the Sublime integration. Attempts to fix from inside the plugin appear to be futile.

Related to #139, probably.

Short term: update workaround to use chdir instead of @ arg to preserve .eslintignore behavior, per SublimeLinter/SublimeLinter-eslint#58 (comment), until eslint/eslint#3948 is merged into ESLint 2.0.
