Update: This release contains a bug which prevents the checkout step from running. Please use a newer release.

Fixes issues around different steps wanting to have the same metahook but with different payloads.

Breaking change: Dropped support for .bat/.cmd and command metahook. Now bash is the only supported implementation of metahooks. See changelog.md for full details and porting guide.
