Please elaborate here on the enhancement request.
Add criteria of API testing when the SW is of type "Service" and exposes an API

Describe the solution you'd like
The criteria may be part of the Functional Testing or a separate subsection, this will be subject of discussion

this issue is invalid, after discussion it was decided to have this criteria only in the service QA baseline
