RecoNtuple_Skim/Makefile

Currently, the full paths of headers and src files are specified separtly. Better to include them by defining variables and pattern in the Makefile.

Give cross section info in the sample list

Skim_NanoAOD/sample/NanoAOD_Gen_Samples.py

Give it to the above file and dump this into the tree to be able to retrive them for the future usage. After that we will not need
