Experiencing the "Could not request network ID 65534 because it does not exist" error on a standalone Windows hosted server.

After the update, i get this too but so far i cant really 100% reproduce it. Most of the times it happens after a server restart and then works after i restart the resource manually.

It also ignores the total amount of ladders on a vehicle. I can open a seperate issue for that if you want.

Can confirm on this, on fresh server starts, it seems to be a consistent issue. Upon manually restarting the resource, it seems to work.
