Public Beta Version 1.2

Adds a working Thermal Imaging Camera (T.I.C) as a usable item to FiveM. Featuring a realistic TIC view, as well as Zoom and Sensitivity adjustment options. The resource also comes with a custom FLIR model.

Presently, the following can be customized:

• Vehicles from which TICs can be retrieved.

• Ability to use Up/Down arrow keys while in the TIC to change the sensitivity of the image.
• Sounds when zooming in and out, and when changing sensitivity
