Configuring the resource
Setting this to true will enable the green line that is drawn between the player and the vehicle they are interacting with.
Setting this to true will post the attachment instructions to chat for the person currently moving a vehicle.
If BlacklistToWhitelist and WhitelistForTowedVehicles are true, then only vehicle models in this list will be able to be used as tow vehicles and vehicles to be towed. If BlacklistToWhitelist is true, and WhitelistForTowedVehicles is false, then only vehicles in this list will be able to be used as tow vehicles, and any vehicles will be able to be towed.

The max distance from the tow vehicle other vehicles can be attached, and moved to while in the attachment stage.
Increase to move vehicles further in the attachment stage, decrease to move vehicles less in the attachment stage.
The additional amount on top of the ChangeAmount to move when Shift is held.
The amount to take away from the ChangeAmount when moving and Control (CTRL) is held.
