Upgrade react native

I used react-native-git-upgrade to upgrade to 0.57.8, then the rest of the changes were to get the app running on both platforms, as well as a Typescript upgrade.

Changes

• Added back cocoapods, so you'll need to run pod install in /ios, and use the .xcworkspace file when opening in Xcode
• Updated rn-cli.config.js to be compatible with the new metro config format
• Added a post-install script to fix our copy of react-viro. The issue is fixed in the latest release, but we need to continue using the custom copy due to a Cocoapods issue
• Upgraded Lottie Compilation error after linking lottie-ios lottie-react-native/lottie-react-native#408
• Upgraded TS to 3.2. Went through the app and fixed all the existing compilation errors which involved a few config changes:
  • Made the trailing comma rule esSpec compliant: trailing-comma rule should not suggest comma after an object rest param in destructuring palantir/tslint#4172
  • Added a few libs to tsconfig: Cannot find name Asynciterator microsoft/TypeScript-React-Starter#142
  • Patched some type errors within react-native and react-navigation using patch-package.
• Forced the version of okhttp for react-native-mapbox-gl: No static method toHumanReadableAscii nitaliano/react-native-mapbox-gl#1139 (comment)
• Upgraded necessary babel libraries to get Jest to run tests.

NOTE: There is currently an issue with running the app in Storybook mode due to the Metro changes with 57. The storyshot snapshots tests are running okay, but I'll have to look into potentially upgrading Storybook to 4.0 to get them to run in-app, unless someone else has come across a solution.
