This includes a debugging code for the .id command to debug an error happening on the latest Jenkins build: /job/db-controller/job/main/370/console;

Just write cicd to that file location in the Jenkinsfile. Make won't attempt to create it again.
Jenkins is a poorly supported system, we will spend a lot of energy tracking down new problems in it.

echo cicd > .id
