What this does:

  1. Add a workflow to deploy to S3/CloudFront instead of Amplify
  2. Find and replace on all the srcs to make sure this works under a /docs/* route

What this doesn't do and will be done separately

  1. Consistently use useBaseUrl instead of /docs/... everywhere
  2. Remove website/blog content
