This should reduce the frequency publish-please needs to be updated for dependency-vulnerabilities, allowing dependents to use `npm audit fix` (or their preferred package manager, or patch their lockfiles as necessary) without changes to this package.

Currently depends on PRs out to: - `publish-please`: inikulin/publish-please#100 - `js-merge-xml`: hareko/js-merge-xml#19 In the event either of those are not merged/released, I'd prefer we either continue to depend on my fork or roll back, rather than dely these upgrades further. I've performed all of the same validations.
