v.2.1: Add alternative plentymarkets login method

Add a cronjob-friendly login method, that provides the credentials
through the configuration in connection with a GPG encrypted password
file.
Fix a worksheet-resize that bug, that omitted the last entry.
Fix an issue, where items were rejected because of a negative inventory.
