Description
This epic focuses on enabling the system to boot from a ledger state snapshot rather than bootstrapping from the beginning of blockchain time. The primary goal is to accelerate initialization, improve development experience, and optimize system performance by allowing the system to ignore older, less relevant data. This approach also facilitates quicker generation of the correct SPDD by focusing on current rules.
