Description
Longer term, instead of relying on Amaru for it's publicly hosted snapshot files, we should instead rely on the upstream chain fetcher for block CBOR and expose a public CDN for NES snapshots and required metadata like nonces. This would remove our current dependencies on Amaru and Demeter altogether.
