Description
Why
We have noticed that many jobs in the Hydra CI are failing. The snapshot_client::tests::download_unpack_ancillary::log_a_info_message_telling_that_the_feature_does_not_use_mithril_certification test is likely responsible for the flakiness (see https://ci.iog.io/build/7552786/nixlog/1).
