Hmm, looks like fork https://github.com/chasecovello/gcalcli already made a similar update in the README, and PRs on this repo don't seem to be getting attention for quite some time now so this probably won't either... Would you say this should still be the "official" repo, or is there someone's fork you would recommend using instead? |

Invoking setup.py directly is discouraged and now generates warnings (see https://blog.ganssle.io/articles/2021/10/setup-py-deprecated.html and pypa/setuptools#917).
