attribute-context CLI command (#237)

* Initial draft for attribute-context CLI command

* Add dict CLI args, improve args readability, update argparse rules

* attribute-context progress to step 1

* attribute-context progress to step 2 + structured output

* add checks for contrastive attribution methods

* command working, preliminary viz

* Refactor args/helpers in folders

* Unit tests completed
