Error: ERROR: 0A000: nested CREATE EXTENSION

I get this error on Supabase when trying to execute

create extension "keyhippo@keyhippo" version '1.2.0';

I've seen a similar error before while installing using recent versions of dbdev. You should be able to install the extension directly as a self-contained migration file without dbdev. I added a Quick Start section to the readme that should help:
