This commit tweaks `install-sgx-sdk.bin.tmpl` to auto-generate a version of the `environment` script for fish-style shells in addition to bash. The generated script is simply called `environment.fish`. Signed-off-by: Jakub Konka <jakub.konka@golem.network>
