To reproduce

checkout llvmspirv_pulldown branch and run the test on Intel GPU

On Linux BMG this is causing GPU hangs and thus a ton of test fails. Disabling it in #20305

The issue should be resolved in the next IGC release around (IGC 2.25.x version)

Fails also for ARL integrated gpu, disabled in #20890

Test has been re-enabled only for the Linux. Driver on windows still uses older igc which doesn't include the fix.
Need to update test when Windows driver will be updated to re-enable it for Windows as well.
