@jsji So it looks like there was some regression in the dev-igc driver using an ESIMD test failure, but as per that internal tracker (which I can send you if you don't have it), the IGC team isn't going to investigate these issues because they claim to not support us using the github artifacts, so I'm not sure how I should address igc-dev regressions.

Thanks @sarnex for the heads up, yes, we don't anticipate that IGC team support our artifacts base test. But they should support them once the problem is in released driver or if we can provide information about the regression. So in this case, we can skip this uplift first, if the problem still there in next uplift (eg: next Tuesday), then we (either me or @YuriPlyakhin 's team ) can have a look and identify the culprit commit, then work with IGC team to address it.
