I'd like to have this in the repo so that the ESIMD patches can modify it as we come up with things. Since I would like those patches rebased on this, it is important that we get this in reasonably quickly.

This is intended to be a living document that gets developed as we come up with issues.

Alternative way to track issues is open a GitHub issue with "ESIMD" label.
